双层大跨桁架同步安装与多级卸载控制技术研究

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsof insuficientprocesscoordination,lackofloaddistributionalgorithms,andlagginggeen constructinintheconstructionofdouble-layerlarge-span truses,thispapertakestheWestem(Chongqing)ScienceHallproject astheengineringbackgroundandproposesatechnicalsystemof"integratedsmall-unitassembly-double-layersynchronous hoisting-gradedintellgentunloading."Throughhigh-precisionprefabricationofsmallunitsinthefactory(asemblyerror≤0.8 mm),combinedwithual-cranecoordinatedliftingbycrawlercranesandBIMsimulationtooptimizeliftingpointarrngement, synchronous installation of double-layer trusses is achieved(elevation and axis deviation ⩽3mm ).The design of "dual-purpose installation-unloadingsupports,"combinedwithANSYSfiniteelementsimulationanddynamicstressmonitoring(accuracy ±1 MPa), establishes a graded unloading control process, ensuring an unloading height difference ⩽15mm and stress variation rate ⩽10% : Engineering practice shows that this technology reduces the construction period by 3O days and costs by 22% (cumulative savings of7.4684milionyuan),withdeformationcontrolmetingspecificationrequirements(maximumdeflectionvalueof12mm, displacementL/4Oo0).Theresearchovercomeschallngessuchaslargepre-assemblyerrorsinirgularjoints,highrisksof high-ltitudeoperations,andasymmetricloadunloading,formingthe"Double-LayerLarge-SpanTrussSynchronousConstruction Method"Itprovidesafeasiblesolutionfoindustrialiedintellgentandgreenonstructionofsteelsructureprojetswihspans of 50-80m ,demonstrating significant economic benefits and promotion value.
