Abstract: Inresponsetothetechnicalbotleneck of constructinga3Dreal-lifemodelusingunmannedaerial vehicle (UAV) obliquephotogrammetryindnselyvegetatedareas,thisstudyinnovativelyadoptedaschemeofcolaborativeoperationbetweena portablebackpack laserscaningsystemandUAVobliquephotogrammetry,andconductedempiricalresearchinMaqun New Street,Nanjing.Theexperimentaldatashowsthattheregistrtionerorofthetwopointclouddatafusioniscontroledwithin3 millieters,whichfullmetsthetechnicalspeficationsofhigh-precision3DscenemodelingThistechnicalsolutionfuly leveragestheperformanceadvantagesofdiferentdevices,significantlyimprovingtherealiticpresentationefectof3Dmodels andprovidingreliable technical support for the refined operation and management of smart water management.
