Abstract： Inresponsetothetechnicalbotleneck of constructinga3Dreal-lifemodelusingunmannedaerial vehicle （UAV） obliquephotogrammetryindnselyvegetatedareas，thisstudyinnovativelyadoptedaschemeofcolaborativeoperationbetweena portablebackpack laserscaningsystemandUAVobliquephotogrammetry，andconductedempiricalresearchinMaqun New Street，Nanjing.Theexperimentaldatashowsthattheregistrtionerorofthetwopointclouddatafusioniscontroledwithin3 millieters，whichfullmetsthetechnicalspeficationsofhigh-precision3DscenemodelingThistechnicalsolutionfuly leveragestheperformanceadvantagesofdiferentdevices，significantlyimprovingtherealiticpresentationefectof3Dmodels andprovidingreliable technical support for the refined operation and management of smart water management.
