Abstract:Withtheaccelerationof domesticurbanization,watersupplyanddrainage pipelinesarefacing increasingoperating pressure,andemergencyincidentsofdrainagefacilityfailurecausedbyextremeweathersuchasheavyrainandlowtemperatures aregraduallyincreasing.InordertoimprovetheeficiencyofequipmentmanagementandIncidentResponseService,thispaper combinesmoderncommunication,InternetofThings,computer,streamingmediaandothertechnologiestobuildaGIS-based smartwater"All-in-One"emergencymanagementplatform.Theplatformbreaksdownbarierstodatatrasmisson,realizesdata colaboration,andimprovestheeficiencyofvisualmanagementandemergencycommandanddispatch.Inmajorevents,suchas preventionof typhonsandflods,theplatformcanachieverapidcommunication,precisepositioninganddispatch managementto ensurerapidandefectiveincidentresponseservic.Thisplatformisofgreatsignificancetoesuringresidents'safetyiproving thewater emergency system and promoting sustainable urban development.
