基于正交试验法的城轨车辆地板组成结构隔声设计

Abstract:Through thedesignofthefloostructureofurbanrail vehicles,excelentsoundinsulationperformancecanbe achievedwhiletakingintoacounttheflorweightandmaterialcost.Startingwiththesoundinsulationdesignofurbanrail vehiclefloorstructures,thispaperdiscussesthecompositionstructureofthevehiclefloorindetail.Takingintoaountthe material parametercharacteristicsofthemaincomponentssuchaselasticsupport,aluminumhoneycombfloo,adjustmentmat, coldprof material,soundinsulationmat,dampingpadle,etc.inthecompositionstructure,anorthogonaltestwithfourfactors andfourlevelsisdesigned.Simulationcalculationsareusedtosimulatetheweightedsoundinsulationof16groupsofloor compositestructures,andtheorthogonaltestresultsareoptimized.Basedontheweightedsoundinsulationvolume,weightand costfactorsofthecombinedcomponents,thesoundinsulationcostperformanceof thecombinedcomponentswascomprehensively evaluated,andtheoptimalcombinationmethodwasobtainedasfllows:thethicknessoftheflorclothis2mm;thethicknsof thesoundinsulationmatis2mm;thecold-profmaterialispre-oxidizedsilkwol;andthethicknessofthedampingsluryis 6mmasthesoundinsulationdesignschemefortheflorstructureofurbanrailvehicles.Thisresearchmethodcanbewidely applied tothesound insulation designof interior structuressuchasside wallsandrof panelsof urbanrail vehicles.
