Abstract：In viewof thefactthatelderlypeoplesuferingfromchronicdiseases inanagingsocietyoften miss，take wrongly， andtakemorethanonceduring taking medication.Inordertoavoidimpropermedication，aninteligentmedicinesupplybox systemwithSTM32F103C8T6asthecorewasdeveloped.Thesystemadoptshierarchicalarchitecturedesign，stepprmotordrive mechanism，multimodalsensornetworkandInternetofThingsHubtechnologytorealizeprecisedrugdistribution，environmntal monitoringandremotehealthmanagementfunctions.Throughtheiterativedevelopmentmethod，problemssuchasinsufficient mechanicalcontrolaccuracydificultyinsensordatafusion，andpoorcommunicationreliabilityaresolvedExperimentalresults showthatthesystemissignificantlysuperiortotheexistingtechnologyintermsofdrugmanagementaccuracyusernteraction friendlinesandsystemstabilityffectivelyimprovingmedicationcomplianceamongtheelderlyandchronicallillpatients.
