Abstract:Inordertoimprovethesafetyandstabilityperformanceofcoil-typesteelpipescafoldinspecialenvironments suchashighloads,windloadsandvibration,thispaperreliesonPingdu East Sewage TreatmentPlantandsuportingpipe networkprojectstocarryoutstabilityanalysisoftheformworksupportsforthebeamofthesludgedewateringmachineroom.It mainlyincludes:checkingthestrengthanddeflectionofthepanel;checkingthestrength,deflectionandshearresistanceofthe mainandsecondaryflanges;checkingtheadjustablebracket;andcheckingthestabiltyofthepole.Thecalculationresultsshow thateachcomponentinthisprojecthasundergonestricttestingandinspectiontoensurethatitfullymeetsthedesign requirements in terms of structural stability and safety performance.
