Abstract:With thecomplexserviceenvironmentof theconcretestructureof thenuclearisland building,cracksareprone to occuraddiffiulttorepairinalongtime,wichdireclyaffetsthesafetyofnuclearfacities.Intellgentselfrepairing materialshavebecomeakeymeanstoimprovestructuraldurabilitybecauseoftheirabilitytosensecracksandautomaticaly repairthem.Inresponsetothespecialrequirementsofthenuclearenvironmentonrestorationmaterialsandconstruction proceses,thispapercarresoutmaterialclasficationcomparisonenvironmentaladaptabilityanalysisandspraycoatingproces optimizationresearch.Throughcrack closuretestandresponsesurfacemodelconstruction,aneffcientandstable spraying parameter combination was determined,and its engineering feasibility wasverified in the samplesection test.
