Abstract：Thispaperaims toexploretheapplicationof multimodalAIinnaturalresourcemonitoring.Bystarting fromits technical principlesandadvantages，weconstructedathree-layerdynamicmonitoringsystemarchitectureof"data-modeldecision"，andanalyzeditsaplicationsintypicalnaturalesourcemonitoringsenariossuchasremotesensingmonitoring，ground monitoring，andunmannedaerialvehicle（UAV）monitoring.Meanwhile，aknowledgegraph-enhancedmultimodalfusionmethod， aswellasaspatiotemporalfusionandanomalydetectionmechanism，wereproposedtoenhancethetimelinessandaccracyof monitoring.Inadditionnopendiscussonwasconductedonthedevelopmenttrends，challengesfaced，andcopingstrategiof themultimodalAI-drivendynamicmonitoringsystemfornaturalresources，withtheaimofprovidingnewideasanddirectionsfor the intelligent transformation of natural resource monitoring.
