Abstract:Inrecentyears,escalatorsteparchaccidentshaveoccurredfrequently.Forexample,theescalatorinasubway stationinterfereswiththedeformationofthestepsandthecombplateduetoabnormaltension,exposingtheshortcomingsof traditionaltensionmonitoringmethods.Toadressthisproblem,areal-timemonitoringsystemandfuzzyPIDcontroldevice basedonstraingaugesensorsaredesigned.Thesystemusesafull-bridgestrainsensorarrytocontiuouslymonitorkeystress pointsofthestepchain,andrealizesdatacolectionandprocessng throughhigh-precisionsignalcondioningcircuits,and combinesfuzzyPIDcontrolalgorithmtoestablishanautomatictensionadjustmentmechanism.Experimentalresultsshowthatthe measurement stability of the system under no-load to full-load conditions reaches more than 93.8% .Compared with traditional PID control,the adjustment time is shortened by 42% on average,and the overshoot is reduced by 54% . Through application on subwaystationescalators,thesystemachievesaccuratemonitoringandefectivecontrolofthetensionofthestepchain,which significantly improves the safety of equipment operation.
