Abstract:Againstthebackgroundoftherapidintegrationofdigitaleconomyandinteligentconstruction,thesafety monitoringtechnologyoftowercranesfaceschallngessuchaslaggingdatafromtraditionalmethods,insufcientarlywarning anddificultyinmultimachinecoordination.ThisresearchusestheScienceHallprojectoftheWestern(Chongqing)ScienceCity asanengineringcariertoproposeatowercranesafetymonitoringtechnologysystembasedonbigdata.Bydeployingasmart sensornetwork(includingweight,amplitude,tilt,etc.sensors),combiningdisributeddatastorage(Hadop)andreal-timeanalysis framework (Spark Streaming),areal-timemonitoringsystemwithmulti-sourcedatafusionisuilt.Theisolatedforestalgorithm andrandomforestmodelareinnovativelyintroducedtorealizeabnormalloaddetectionandstructuralstressprediction,withan earlywarningresponsetimeof lessthan5Oms.Atthesametime,adistributedanti-colioncommunicationprotocolanda three-dimensionalspacecolisiondetectionmodelweredeveloped,combinedwith433MHzwirelessmodulesandtimedivision multipleacss (TDMA)technologytoachievedynamiccoordinationofgrouptoweroperations,andtheanti-colisionwaming accuracy rate reached 98.7% . Engineering applications show that the system reduces the incidence of safety accidents by 82% , improves construction efficiency by 12% ,and optimizes the management model through hook visualization technology and remote monitoring.Theresearch providesreplicabletechnicalsoutionsfortowercranesafetymanagementincomplexurbanenvironments and promotes the transformation of the construction field to digitalization and intelligence.
