Abstract：Intheoperationofhydropowerstations，theemergencypressuredistributionvalveservesasacriticaloverspeed protectiondeviceforhydroelectricgeneratingunits，playingavitalrole.Thispaperfocusesontheemergencypressuredistribution valveinhydropowerstations，exploringthetechnicalpathwaysandapplicationprospectsforitsinteligentenhancement.By analyzingtheshortcomingsofconventionalemergencypressredistributionvalvesintermsofconditionmonitoring，operational adjustment，andstructuraldfectsanintellgentimprovementseebasedonIobigataartfialintellgencetecoloies andstructuredesignisproposed.Thestudyprovidestechnicalreferencesfortheinteligentupgradingofemergencypresure distribution valves in hydropower stations.
