Abstract:Compositemembersareanimportantpartof prefabricatedbuildings,and thequalityof theirjointsurfacesdirectly affectstheoverallmechanicalperformanceofthemembers.Inthispaper,fivecompositeflorswithdiferentdefectproportions anddistributionarestudiedthroughindorsimplysupportedstaticloadtests,andtheefectofjointsurfacedefectsontheir mechanicalpropertiessuchascracking,deflectionanddeformationisanalyzed.Theresearchresultsshowthatjointsurface defectscansignificantlyreducethebearingcapacityofthecompositeflor,andthatthecloserthedefectistothepoitwhere the bending moment is greatest,the greater the impact.
