Abstract:AvibratingnozleforanFDM(FusedDepositionModeling)3Dprinterhasbeendesigned.Thisvibratingnozzle adoptsasplitstructure.Thelowerendofthenozleisacommonlyusedhexagonalnozle,andtheupperendisintegratedwith aheatingblock,fourpiezoelectricceramicsheets,andfourflexiblehingemechanisms.Thisdesigndoesnotchangethestructure ofthetraditionalFDMprintingnozzle.Itisasplitdesignbasedonanintegratedsmallnozle,expandingthevibratingpartto theentireheatingendofthenozzle.Thepiezoelectricceramicpartisexposedoutside,alowingfreewiringandconnectiontoan extemalcircuit.Comparedwiththeclosedandcompressedultrasonicvibrating nozle,thepatchstructureissimpleroveralland facilitates the installation of circuit components.
