Abstract：Inresponsetoproblemssuchasinconsistentcoredata，diffcultbusinesscollaboration，andhighoperationand maintenancecostsacrossinformationsystems，amasterdatamanagementplatformbasedonservice-orientedarchitecture（SOA） hasbeendeveloped.Basedontheinformatizationnedsofconstructionenterprises，themasterdatabetweeninformationsystems isproposed.Interactionplan.ApplyworkflowtechnologybasedonThreejsframeworktoestablishamasterdataapproval mechanismforcollbrativeprocessngbymutiledepartmentsInordertoenhancethesecurityofdatatransmissonencryption technologyandacess controltechnologybasedondigitalsignaturesareused.Applicationresultsshowthatthemaindata managementplatformrealizescoredatainteractionandsharingacrosssystems，ensures dataacuracyandconsistency，and improves data resource reuse efficiency.
