Abstract：Inordertosolvetheproblemofcigarettecombustionconesfallng（commonlyknownas "fallingfireheads"），our factory'sprojectresearchteamusedtheSixSigmaDMAICimprovementmethodtosystematicallyanalyzethecigaretemachine processandidentifkeyfactorsafectingthefllingofthecombustionconesByanalyzingtheinterelationshipbetweenvarious factorsandoptimizingkeyparameters，targetedimprovementmeasureswereformulatedandimplemented，whichultimately significantly reduced the drop frequency of cigarette combustion cones from 12.56% t0 1.90% ，effectively improving product quality and production efficiency.
