Abstract:This study investigates the talent development path for cross-border e一commerce in the Dongyang fishing gear industry cluster，addressing enterprise demands for compound skils in digital marketing，international logistics， data analysis，and cross-cultural communication，and enhancing the cluster's international competitiveness. Through industry一education integration， integrate the curriculum system， practical positions，and enterprise projects，with on一campus simulation training running in parallel with real enterprise projects，forming a mechanism that integrates theory with practice. The results reveal students’ capabilities improve significantly，enabling direct participation in international market expansion and alleviating the shortage of compound talents. The conclusion indicates this model establishes a systematic，job-oriented，and implementable talent development path，providing enterprises with skilled human resources and supporting the internationalization of the industry cluster.
