Abstract:Research and practice were conducted on the prevention and control of major diseases in the cultivation of Litopenaeus vannamei in the Tianjin area. Through investigation, the pathogens causing severe harm during the cultivation process from 2024 to 2O25 were identified as white spot syndrome virus (WSSV),Vibrio parahaemolyticus causing acute hepatopancreatic necrosis disease (VPAHPND) , decapod iridescent virus 1 (VIDl),and enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP). It was also found that various organisms and media in the cultivation environment carried pathogens, making early infection of shrimp seedlings likely. A biosecurity plan was formulated covering farm layout, water intake and discharge treatment, and dredging and disinfection. Additionall,a protocol for early disease diagnosis and precise prevention and control was established, involving pathogen and water quality testing every seven days, with specific control measures tailored to different pathogens. The effectiveness of pathogen control under different loads was determined through practice. Issues such as drug resistance in VPAHPND were identified, and corresponding solutions and directions for future research were proposed. The findings confirm that shrimp diseases are preventable and treatable, with the success rate of cultivation in the demonstration area increasing from less than 10% to 85% :

天津市水产养殖用水,除蓟州及宝坻区北部外,其余区域均为盐碱水,且以氯化钠I型为主,水质条件适配凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeusuan-namei)养殖,因此,凡纳滨对虾养殖是天津市重要的水产养殖品种[1]。(剩余4737字)
