Research and demonstration of artificial breeding and healthy aquaculture technology for Micropterus salmoides

Abstract:This study aims to optimize the artificial breeding and healthy aquaculture technology for Micropterus salmoides to improve seed quality and aquaculture management stability. The methods include optimizing broodstock selection,breeding condition control,artificial induction,egg incubation,and larval rearing,as well as implementing water environment control, scientific feeding,and disease prevention during the culture stage. The techniques were applied in a large一scale demonstration farm,and indicators such as seed survival rate,growth rate,and aquaculture yield were statistically analyzed. Results show that the optimized artificial breeding and healthy aquaculture technology can effectively maintain seed stability and achieve the required production yield in large一scale aquaculture. This study provides a feasible technical path for scaled aquaculture of Micropterus salmoides.
