Key culture technologies and common disease prevention and control of Thymallus arcticus

Abstract：Thymallus arcticus is a rare and endangered cold water fish species in China，with high ecological and germplasm resource values. In order to allviate the decline of its wild resources and promote the development of artificial breeding and resource conservation，this paper systematically expounds the biological characteristics of Thymallus arcticus， summarizes the key breeding techniques including broodstock rearing，water quality control，artificial propagation and fry rearing，and focuses on the pathogens，symptoms and integrated control measures of common diseases such as saprolegniasis，ichthyophthiriasis，enteritis and bacterial diseases. The key points of large-scale artificial breeding and green prevention and control schemes of main diseases of Thymallus arcticus are clarified. This study can provide theoretical reference and technical support for artificial breeding and propagation，disease control and wild population restoration of Thymallus arcticus.

北极茴鱼（Thymallusarcticus）隶属于鲑形目（Salmoniformes）、茴鱼科（Thymallidae）、茴鱼属（Thymaus），为典型冷水性、溪流型和高溶氧鱼类，主要分布于中国新疆额尔齐斯河流域，对水域环境质量敏感，是流域生态健康的重要指示物种[1-2]。（剩余3565字）
