Abstract:The fishery statistical accounting system is the core support to fulfill the industry management function and ensure the high-quality development of fishery，and its perfection is directly related to the utilization eficiency of fishery resources and the effectiveness of ecological protection. As an important carrier reflecting the operation of fishery economy，resource allocation and ecological conditions,it is of great significance to improve the system to promote the transformation and upgrading of fishery industry. Taking the fishery statistical accounting system as the research object，this paper deeply analyzes the outstanding problems existing in the operation of the system， such as non一uniform accounting standards，uneven data quality，low level of informatization，insufficient professional ability of the team and insufficient data application. On this basis，it puts forward targeted methods to improve accounting standards， standardize data collection， promote informatization construction, strengthen team building and strengthen data application，aiming at optimizing the efficiency of fishery statistical accounting， and providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for improving the management level of the industry and promoting the green and sustainable development of fisheries.
