Research on the construction of aquaculture talent training mode in universities driven by science， technology， talent and innovation*

Abstract：Against the background of rural revitalization and the construction of ecological civilization， this paper aims to solve the problems such as the disconnection between aquaculture talent training in local colleges and universities and regional industrial demand，and the insufficient integration of ecological concepts，so as to provide an adaptive mode for aquaculture talent training in agricultural colleges and universities. Taking the course of Local Characteristic Aquatic Animal Breeding in a local university in Guizhou as a case，based on constructivist learning theory，OBE concept and industry一education integration concept，this paper analyzes the existing problems in talent training，and constructs the " 1234" talent training mode and the " Three Integrations and Three Practices" teaching system. Practice has proved that this mode effectively improves students practical and innovative abilities，fosters their feelings of serving agriculture，rural areas and farmers，and realizes the accurate connection between talent training and local industrial development and ecological protection. The research results provide a reference practical paradigm for the training of new agricultural science aquaculture talents in ecologically fragile western regions and agricultural colleges and universities across the country.
