A Review of Implementation Barriers and Promoting Strategies for Weight Management Programs for Overweight/Obese Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Led by Community Doctors

LILibin，CAOPengyu，LANGYiyao TheSecond HospitalofTongzhouDistrict，Beijing1O11O2，China [Abstract] Overweight/obesity isa majorcauseandaggravating factorof type2diabetesmelitus （T2DM），and effective weight managementis thecoreof T2DM treatment.As the main batlefieldforchronicdiseasemanagement，the implementationof weight managementprograms ledbycommunitydoctors has inherentadvantages.However，inpractice，it faces many challnges.Thisarticle systematically reviews the multiple-level obstacles encountered in the implementation of T2DM weight management programs led by community doctors，including patient cognitiveand psychological motivation obstacles，and behavioral changeand practiceobstacles.Corresponding promoting strategies are also sortedoutand summarized，aiming to provide theoretical basisand practical reference forimproving patients'cognitionandpsychologicalstate，enhancing patients'behavioral ability，andultimately promoting theestablishmentand improvementof theT2DMcommunitycomprehensive preventionand treatmentmodelcenteredon weight management.
