[Abstract] Diabetic nephropathy is themain cause of end-stage renal disease，and maintenance hemodialysis is the core treatment method forthe survival of thisgroup.Detailednursing intervention focuses onthe minute details throughout the dialysis process，implementing precisecare from dimensionssuch asvascular access maintenance， blood glucose fluctuation management，complication prevention，and psychological support，toimprove theprognosis of patients.Thisarticlesystematicallysortsouttheclinicalcharacteristicsandnursing needs，analyzes thetheoretical connotationof detailednursing，summarizes its innovative application inclinicalpractice，examinesexisting problems and future directions，and provides a comprehensive referencefor the optimization of clinical nursing plans.
