Clinical Efficacy Modified Guishao Dihuang Decoction as An Adjunct to Insulin TherapyforDiabeticKetoacidosis

， ， ，， [Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical eficacy modified GuishaoDihuang Decoctioncombined with insulin in the treatment diabetic ketoacidosis （DKA）.Methods Sixty patients with DKA admited to fromFebruary2O24toApril2O025wereconvenientlyselectedanddivided into control groupand observation group according todiferenttreatment methods，with 3O cases ineach group.The control group received continuous intravenous infusion low-dose insulin，and theobservation group received modified GuishaoDihuang Decoctionasisted insulintherapyThebloodglucose level，bloodgaslevel，disappearancetime discomfortsymptomsand incidence complications were compared betweenthe two groups.Results Aftertreatment， therandom blood glucoselevel theobservation group was lowerthan that thecontrolgroup，and thediffrence was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After treatment， the levels pH，HCO 3 ，CO 2 CP in the observation group were better than thosein the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）.After treatment， thedisappearance time polydipsia，frequenturination，nauseaand vomiting，deepandrapid breathing in theobservation group were shorter than those inthe control group，and the diferences were statistically significant（all P <0.05）. Theincidence complications in theobservation groupwas lower than that inthecontrol group，the diference was statisticallysignificant（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Modified Guishao Dihuang Decoction combined with insulin in the treatment DKAcanefectivelyreduce the blood glucose level，improve the bloodgas state，shorten theduration discomfort symptomsand reduce the incidence complications.
