The Impact of Dapagliflozin Combined with Liraglutide on Glycemic Metabolism and Renal Function Indicators in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

WesternPharmacy，FuqingFourthHospital，Fuzhou35O3O7，Fujian，China [Abstract]Objective Toevaluatetheefectof dapagliflozincombinedwithliraglutideonpatientswithdiabetic kidneydisease （DKD）.MethodsAtotalof 8O patients withDKDwho were treated inFuqingFourth Hospitalfrom March 2024 to May 2025 wereconvenientlyselectedand divided intocontrol groupandobservation groupaccording to diferenttreatment methods，with4O cases ineach group.Thecontrol groupwastreated with liraglutide，and theobservationgroup was treatedwith dapagliflozinon the basisof thecontrolgroup.After12 weeksof treatment，glucosemetabolism，renal function，inflammatory factorlevelsandadversereactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter treatment，compared with thecontrol group，the levels offasting plasmaglucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose，glycated hemoglobinAlc，serumcreatinine，urinary albumin to creatinineratio，tumor nerosis factor（20号 α andinterleukin-6intheobservationgroup were lower，andtheglomerularfiltrationratewas higher，thedifferences were statistically significant（all P<0.05 ）.There wasno significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（ P> 0.05）.Conclusion The combined application of dapagliflozin and liraglutide in patients with DKD can efectively improve the level of glucose metabolism and renal function，reduce the inflammatory response， and has high safety.
