Effect of Refined Nursing Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Com pliance of Diabetes Mellitus Patients with Hemiplegia

[Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyze the influenceof refined nursing combined withrehabilitation trainingonthecompliance of patientswith diabetes melitusaccompanied by hemiplegia.MethodsA total of92 diabetic patients with hemiplegiaadmited to Yunyang District Hospital ofTraditional Chinese Medicineof Shiyan Cityfrom January to December 2024 wereconvenientlyselected.Acording tothediffrenceofnursing methods，they were divided into study group（refined nursing combined with rehabilitation training）andcontrol group （rehabilitation training and routine nursing），with 46cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groupswere compared，including blod glucose index and complicationrate，nursing satisfactionandqualityoflifescores at1month，3monthsand6monthsof nursing.Results Before nursing，there was nosignificant diference in blood glucose index andqualityoflife score between the two groups （all P>0.05 ）. After nursing，the blood glucose index and quality of life scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before nursing，the fasting plasma glucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose， andglycated hemoglobinAlc levels inthestudygroup wereallower than thoseinthecontrol group，andthedifferences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）.After nursing，the complication rate of the study group was lower than those of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.The nursing satisfaction and scores of quality oflifeat1 month，3 monthsand6months in the study group were higher than those in the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）.Conclusion Refined nursing combined with rehabilitationtraining canimprovetheblood glucosecontrol efectand qualityoflifeof patients with diabetesmelitus accompanied by hemiplegia，and reduce the occurrence of complications.
