Effect of Personalized Care Model on Quality of Life and Blood Glucose Level in Patients with Lung Cancer and Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

[Abstract]Objective To exploretheapplicationvalueof personalized nursing modefor patients with lung cancer and type 2 diabetes melitus.Methods From January 2023 to December 2024，76 patients with lung cancer complicated withtype2diabetes melitusadmited toFuzhouFirstGeneral Hospital were non-randomlyandconveniently selected and grouped according to different nursing methods. The control group （ n =38）was given routine nursing，and the observation group （ n =38） was given personalized nursing mode.The fasting plasma glucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose，glycated hemoglobin Alc，qualityof life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter intervention，the fasting plasma glucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose and glycated hemoglobin Alc in the observation group were lowerthanthose inthecontrol group，andthe diferences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）.After intervention，the scores of physiology，psychology，socialrelations and environment in the observationgroup were higher than thoseinthe control group，and the diferences werestatisticallysignificant （all P< 0.05）.The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.37 % （37/38）， which was higher than that of the control group[78.95 % （30/38）]，and the difference wasstatistically significant（ χ2 =4.537，P
