[Abstract] This paperreported thenursing practice ofapatient with latent autoimmune diabetes inadults complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis （DKA） and type Il insulin hypersensitivity.In view of the contradictory nursing difficulties between metabolic disordersand allergic reactions，amultidisciplinarycollaboration model wasconstructed， and work was carriedout around the five core strategies of "DKA correction，alergy management，blood glucose regulation，nutritionalsupportandpsychologicalintervention".Through theintegrated management modeof medical care andtheindividualizeddynamicmonitoringmethod，therapidreliefofDKAandtheefectivecontrolof allrgicrisk were successfully realized，which provided an important reference for the nursing practiceof similarcomplex cases.
