[Abstract] Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain （DPNP） is acommon chroniccomplicationof diabetes，characterized byhigh incidence，recurrent pain，and long-term impacts onpatients'sleepand dailyqualityoflife.Current western medicinesymptomatictreatmentshavecertain limitations，while traditionalChinesemedicine（TCM） nursing techniques can serve as adjuvant therapies，exerting positive efects on disease allviationand symptom improvement.This study aims to analyzethe roleofTCM nursing techniques in pain relief andthecharacteristics of DPNP，explore common and effective TCM nursing techniques for alleviating DPNP，including acupuncture，pestle needling，acupoint massage，and Chinese herbal fumigation-washing.

在糖尿病性周围神经病理性疼痛的临床治疗中，常规方案以血糖控制、镇痛药物应用为主，但长期服用镇痛药物易引发头晕、自眩、嗜睡等不良反应，难以实现疼痛的长期稳定缓解[。（剩余5518字）
