TheImplementation Value of Subarachnoid Block Anesthesia and General Anesthesia in Patients with Diabetic Surgery

ZHENGE,XUE Yongcheng Department of Anesthesiology,Yongtai CountyHospital,Fuzhou 35o7Oo,Fujian,China [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical value of subarachnoid block anesthesiaand general anesthesia in patients with diabetic surgery.Methods A total of 353 patients with diabetic surgeryadmited to Yongtai County Hospitalfrom January 2O22 to December 2024 were convenientlyselectedas theresearch objects.According todifrent anesthesia methods,they were divided into control group (2O8cases,general anesthesia)and observation group(145 cases,subarachnoid block anesthesia).The bloodglucose level,hemodynamic indexes,complicationrateandcognitivefunctionscore were compared between the two groups.ResultsAt 3O min after the beginning of theoperation andatthe endof the operation,thebloodglucose levelsof theobservation group were (7.56±0.91) mmol/Land (7.08±0.85)mmol/L,which were lower than those ofthe control group (8.89±1.15) mmol/Land(8.12±0.98)mmol/L, the differenceswere statistically significant ( t= 11.618,10.349; all P<0.05 ). Compared with the control group,the systolic blood pressure,diastolicblood pressureand heartrateof theobservation group were higher3O minutes after the start of the surgery andat theend of the surgery,and the diferences were statistically significant (all P<0.05 ). In terms of the incidenceofcomplications,theobservationgroup hadalowerrate,and the diference was statisticalysignificant( P<0.05) .Compared with the control group,the cognitive function scores of the observation group were higher at 3 hours and 24 hours after the surgery,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05 ). Conclusion

Compared with general anesthesia,subarachnoid block anesthesia has lessinfluence on blood glucoseand hemodynamics,less postoperative complicationsand less influence oncognitive function in patients undergoing diabetic surgery.
