Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Combined with Psychological Intervention on Quality of Life， Emotional State and Blood Glucose Control in Diabetic Nephropathy Patients Undergoing Hemodialysiss
XUJingjing，LIXiaoxiang，LIUYali Blood Purification Center，Rudong County People's Hospital，Nantong 2264Oo，Jiangsu，China [Abstract] Objective This studyaims to explore the practical application efectof evidence-based nursing combined with psychological intervention in diabeticnephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis.Methods From February 2022to February 2024，10Opatients withdiabetic nephropathywereconvenientlyselectedfromthe BloodPurification Centerof RudongCounty People's Hospital.According todiferent nursing methods，theywere divided into observation group（evidence-based nursing combined with psychological intervention on the basis of the control group）and control group（routine nursing），with 5O cases ineach group.The nursingsatisfaction，qualityof life，anxietyand depression scores，and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.00% （49/50）， which was higher than 82.00% （41/50） of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （ χ2 =7.111， P<0.05 ）. After nursing，the quality of life scores of the two groups were higher han those before nursing，and the scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group; the scores of anxiety and depresson were lower than those before nursing，and the observation group was lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）.After nursing，the levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing combined with psychological intervention can improve thequalityoflifeof patients，aleviate their negative emotions，and promote blood glucose control.
