Influence of Different Doses of Vitamin D Combined with Insulin Aspartate on Blood Glucose Levels in Obese Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus

MethodsAtotalof82obeseGDMpatients fromNan'anHospitalfromFebruary2023toFebruary2O25 wereconveniently selected and divided into acontrol group（ n =41，treated with low-dose vitaminD combined with insulin aspart） and an observation group （ n =41，treated with high-dose vitaminDcombined with insulinaspart）according to different treatment method.The blood glucoselevels （fasting blood glucoseand2-hour postprandial blood glucose），theoccurrence of adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes （macrosomia，preterm birth，postpartum hemorrhage），insulinsensitivity indicators [homeostasis model assessment of β -cell function （HOMA- β ）， homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance （HOMA-IR）]，and clinical eficacy werecompared between the two groups.Results Thelevels offasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose beforedelivery inthe observation group were lowerthan those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the total incidence of maternaland neonatal adverse outcomesand HOMA-IR beforedeliverywere lowerand HOMA- β （204号 was higher in the observation group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）.The total effective rate of treatment intheobservation group was higherthanthatinthecontrol group，andthe diffrence was statistically significant （P
