Effect of Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium，Dapagliflozin Combined with Finerenone in the Treatment of Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

[Abstract] Objective To explore theefectofsacubitril valsartan sodium，dapagliflozin combinedwith finerenone in the treatmentof patients with diabeticnephropathy.MethodsAtotalof110patients withdiabetic nephropathyadmittedto QuanzhouFirst Hospitalfrom November2023 toFebruary2025wereconvenientlyselectedasresearchsubjects.According to diffrent treatment methods，they were divided into two groups with 55 cases in each group.The control groupwas givenoraldapagliflozin tablets combined with sacubitril valsartansodium tablets on the basisof conventional treatment，whilethe study group wasgiven oral finerenone tablets onthe basis of thecontrol group.The bloodglucose levels，renal function，bloodlipidlevelsandinflammatory factors werecompared betweenthe two groups.ResultsAfter treatment，thelevelsof blood glucose（glycated hemoglobinAlc，2-hour postprandial blood glucose，fastingblood glucose）andinflammatoryfactors（C-reactiveprotein，interleukin-8，interleukin-6）inthestudy group were lower than those in the control group.，and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）. After treatment，therenal function indexes （bloodurea nitrogen，albumin，serum creatinine，urinary microalbumin）and bloodlipidindexes （lipoproteina，totalcholesterol，high-densitylipoproteincholesterol）inthesudygroupwerebtr than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）.Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan sodium，dapagliflozincombined with finerenonecanreduce blood glucose，improve blood lipids，protectrenal function and alleviate inflammatory response through multi-target synergistic effect.
