Effect of Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Its Effecton Nerve Conduction Velocity ofPatients

DepartmentofEndocrinology,SuqianHospitalofTraditional ChineseMedicine,Suqian238Oo,Jiangsu,China [Abstract]ObjectiveToanalyzetheefficacyofShenqi Jiangtang Tabletsinthetreatmentofdiabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN)and theimprovement of nerveconductionvelocity inpatients.Methods Atotal of72 patients with DPNadmited to Suqian Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2024 to July 2O25 were conveniently selected as theresearch objects.According todifferent treatment methods,they were divided into control group (conventional treatment + mecobalamin tablets) and observation group (conventional treatment + mecobalamin tablets + （204号 Shenqi Jiangtang Tablets),36cases ineach group.The blod glucose level,motor nerveconductionvelocityand traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptom score were compared between the two groups.Results Post-treatment, the levelsoffasting plasma glucose and2-hourpostprandial plasma glucose,the scores of TCMsyndromes in theobservation group were lowerthan those in the control group,and thedifferences were statistically significant (all P
