Application Value of Nursing Intervention Supported by Evidence-based Nursing Concept in Patientswith Gestational DiabetesMellitus

XIEYuezhen，LIQiuyu，ZENGChunying Department of Obstetrics，Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital，Xiamen 361Ooo，Fujian， China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the effectof nursing intervention supported by evidence-based nursing concept in patients withgestational diabetes melitus.MethodsA totalof12O patients with gestationaldiabetesmelitus admittedto Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December2O22 to October 2O24 wereconvenientlyselected. According todiferentnursing methods，theywere divided intocontrol groupand observation group，with6O cases in each group.Thecontrol group received routine nursing，and theobservation group receivednursing intervention under thesupport of evidence-based nursing concept.The blood glucose level，pain felingand qualityof life were comparedbetween the twogroups.ResultsAfter intervention，the levelsoffasting plasmaglucoseand 2-hour postprandial plasma glucoseintheobservationgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrol group，andthedifferences werestatistically significant （all P <0.05）.After intervention，the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After intervention，the scores of satisfaction，influence，anxiety I and anxiety in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing intervention supported by evidence-based nursing concept hasa good effect in improving blood glucose level of patients with gestational diabetes melitus，which is helpful for blood glucose to return to normal range.Compared with routine nursing， nursing intervention supported by evidence-based nursing conceptcan further improve the efectof blood glucose control，reduce pain and improve the quality of life.
