Effect Diversified Nursing on Blood Glucose Control Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Prevention Neonatal Hypoglycemia

， ， ，， [Abstract]Objective This study explores the impact diversified nursing care on blood glucose levels and the occurrence neonatal hypoglycemia in pregnant women with gestational diabetes melitus.Methods 84 pregnant women with gestational diabetes melitus who wereadmited to the ， from June 2023 to October 2O24 wereconvenientlyselected.They were divided into thecontrol groupand theobservation group based on different nursing methods， with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing， while the observation group received diversified nursing.The fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial plasma glucose，incidenceneonatal hypoglycemia，Self-ratingAnxiety Scalescore，Self-rating Depresion Scalesoreand adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with thecontrol group after intervention，the fasting plasma glucose，2-hour postprandial plasma glucose levels，anxietyand depresson scores in the observation group were all lower，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. Compared with the control group，the incidence neonatal hypoglycemia and adverse pregnancyoutcomes in the observation group were both lower，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. Conclusion Diversified nursing applied to pregnant women with gestational diabetes melitus can effectively improve blood glucosecontrol，reduce the incidence postpartum neonatal hypoglycemia， regulate mood，and help prevent adverse pregnancy outcomes.
