Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Diabetic Patients Receiving "Double C" Treatment Regimen

Department of Endocrinology，Suzhou High-tech Zone People's Hospital，Suzhou 215oo，Jiangsu， China [Abstract] Objective To explore the efect of comprehensive nursing during the treatmentof diabetes melitus （DM） with "double C"（dynamic blood glucose monitoring+continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion）.Methods From Januaryto December 2O24，10O patients with DM in Suzhou High-tech Zone People's Hospital were convenient selected and treated with "double C"treatment.According to thediferenceof nursing plan，they weredivided into two groups： control group （5O cases，routine nursing） and observation group （5O cases，routine nursing+comprehensive nursing）. The blood glucose index，disease knowledge mastery，insulin dosage and blood glucose compliance time were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing，the fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobinAlc intheobservation groupwere lower than those inthe control group，andthe masteryof disease knowledge was higher than that in the control group，the diffrences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. The useof insulin in theobservation group was less thanthatin the control group，and the time of blood glucosereaching the standard was shorter than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant （all P<0.05 ） Conclusion Comprehensivenursing during DM "doubleC" treatmentcan improvethe hypoglycemic efect，strengthen the patient'sdiseasecognition，reducetheamountof insulin，andshorten thetimeofblood glucosereaching thestandard.
