Influence of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Combined with Comprehensive Nursing on the Nursing Effect of Patients with Steroid-induced Diabetes

Departmentof Endocrinology，Peking University International Hospital，Beijing 1O22O6，China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the impact of cognitivebehavioral therapy combined with comprehensive nursing on thenursing efectofpatientswith steroid-induceddiabetes.MethodsForty-four patientswith steroid-induceddiabetes admitted to Peking University International Hospitalfrom February 2O24 to January 2O25 were non-randomlyand conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods，with 22 cases in each group. Thecontrol group received traditionalcare;The observationgroup received cognitive behavioral therapy combined with comprehensivenursing.Theblood glucose indicators （fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial bloodglucose）， psychological stress indicators （anxietyscore，depresion score），and disease coping scores of the twogroupsof patientswere compared.Results After thenursing care，the fasting blood glucose，2-hour postprandial blod glucose， anxietyscore，depression score anddiseasecoping scores of the observation group were all beter than those of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant （all P <0.05）. Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with comprehensive nursing can alleviate thepsychological stress responseof patients with steroid-induced diabetes，transform their disease coping styles，and enhance the effect of blood glucose control.
