Abstract：Traditional folkcolor elements containrichaesthetic genesand cultural connotations，whichcanbeused as highqualityresources inprimaryschoolartteaching.Inorder tocomprehensivelyenrichthecontentof primaryscholartteaching andeffectivelyimprove students'aestheticand inovativeabilities，thisarticleconductsaseriesofanalysisandresearchon theapplicationoftraditional folkcolorelements inprimaryschoolartteaching.Theresults indicatethatadopting specific applicationstrategiessuchasoptimizingmaterialdevelopment，strengtheningteacher training，andinovatingteachingodels cannotonlypromotetheiheritanceprocesoftraditionalfolkculture，butalsoimprovethequalityandeffectivenesofpiary schoolart teaching，thereby promoting the achievementofhigh-qualitydevelopment goals in primaryschoolartteaching.
