城市绿化色彩一致性对居民心理恢复的影响机制研究

Abstract：Inresponsetotheprevailing focus onquantitativeindicatorsinresearchonthehealtheffectsofurban greening，often overlooking perceptualcharacteristics，this studyintroduces thevariable“urban greeningcolorconsistency."Amediationmodel wasconstructedandtestedusing surveydata fromresidentsof Zhengzhou Citytoexamine itspathwaysofinfluence.Theresults show that urban greening color consistency significantly promotes residents’ psychological restoration （ β=0.568 ， p<0.001） ： psychological restoration positively affects mental health （ Φ{}=0.189 p=0.009） ; and urban greening color consistency indirectly influences mental health through psychological restoration， with an indirect effect of 0.138 （ 95% CI [0.017， 0.249]）. The study reveals that theorganizationandconsistencyof greeningcolors areimportant factors affecting mental health，elucidating the mechanismbywhich greening influencesmental healthfromaperceptualperspective.Thesefindingsprovideinsightsforrefined greening governance and public space optimization oriented toward healthy cities.
