Abstract：Fra Angelico was oneof the monk paintersof theearly Renaissance period intheFlorentine Schoolof Painting in Italy，andheachevedremarkableproficiencyinthefeldofpaintingart.Hisseriesofpaintings，incuding"TeAunciation" blendtheelegantdecorativenatureofpost-GothicartwiththerealisticcharacteristicsoftheRenaisanceperiod.Withthehighqualitydevelopmentofmodernpaintingart，researchonFraAngelico's"TheAnnunciation"hasbecomeoneofthehotspots.The perspective and lighting efects in italso playanimportantrole and have value for thedevelopment ofcontemporary painting art.Furthermore，theapplicationofcolorinFra Angelico's"TeAnunciation"perfectlycombinesartistic functionalityand spirituality.Thisstudywillexploreandanalyzeit，aiming toanalyzethetechniquesand methodsofcolorapplication，hopingto provide some reference and value for contemporary painting art creation.
