Abstract: This paper takes the pile and slab wall project of a certain station in the mountainous area of Southwest China as the research object. In view of the complex conditions of the development of liquefied sand layer, soft rock interaction layer and groundwater in the shallow hilly alluvial landform area, an integrated waterproof and anti-seepage system of "mud wall protection – structural self-waterproofing – construction joint sealing – reverse filtration and drainage" is constructed. By optimizing the performance parameters of the mud, strengthening the treatment process of construction joints, and improving the design of the filter layer and other key technologies, problems such as hole wall collapse during the hole formation period, water leakage during the operation period, and insufficient structural durability have been solved. Practice shows that this system can control the seepage water behind the wall to be below 0.1 L/(m·d), and the maximum surface settlement around it is ≤8 mm, which meets the safety and durability requirements of railway engineering in high-intensity earthquake areas and provides technical reference for waterproofing and seepage control design of pile-plate walls in similar complex environments.
