Abstract: In order to solve the problems of difficulty in building a test environment and low test joint debugging efficiency faced by intelligent substations during equipment development, engineering debugging and operation and maintenance stages, a CMS communication simulation test system based on the substation secondary system communication message specification is designed and implemented. The system dynamically simulates the communication behavior of various inter-layer IEDs by parsing standardized SCL model files, and has functions such as application simulation and performance simulation. Practical application shows that the system can effectively support the function, performance and protocol consistency testing of station control layer equipment, significantly improve testing efficiency and reliability, and provide key technical guarantee for large-scale application of CMS.
