Abstract: The accuracy of stress–strain data in bridge construction monitoring directly affects the reliability of structural safety assessment. In response to the risk of data distortion, a full-chain error traceability model of "sensing layer–transmission layer–decision layer" is established to systematically analyze temperature drift, concrete shrinkage and creep effects, the mechanism of key error sources such as embedded strain gauge positioning deviation and early failure. The study used monitoring data from multiple long-span bridges to verify the effectiveness of the dynamic parameter correction method and the embedding process optimization scheme based on physical mechanisms, and built a reliability guarantee system that integrates equipment gradient selection, high–precision installation process, environmental interference compensation and multi-source data cross-verification, which significantly improves the confidence of monitoring data in bridge construction safety decisions.
