Abstract: In the construction of high-speed railway projects, prefabricated beam yards, as the core base for bridge construction, play a vital role in ensuring the quality of bridge structures and controlling construction progress. At present, in the production process of traditional prefabricated beam yards, the production of box girder steel reinforcement skeletons with huge volume and complex structures still relies heavily on the traditional "manually handled, shoulder-carried and hand-lifted" mode; i.e.each box girder requires 40 to 50 skilled workers to carry out steel bar binding operations for a long time. In response to the above problems, the Wutai Beam Manufacturing Yard of the Shanxi Section of the Xiongan-Xinzhou High-speed Railway of the China Railway Third Bureau will carry out innovative changes. By optimizing the design of the steel bar skeleton, it will realize the transformation from single loose binding to assembly, and develop intelligent production lines to realize the processing of steel bar skeleton mesh parts and assembly line assembly will improve production quality and effectively achieve the goal of "mechanized replacement and automated reduction".
