Abstract: The research focuses on the settlement prediction of high-rise buildings, uses a combined model prediction method to build a prediction model, and compares and analyzes the accuracy of the model based on actual engineering cases. The research is based on the exponential model, the Logistic model and the Gompertz model. The objective weights of each independent model are determined by the entropy weight method, and a combined prediction model is established through weighting processing. The results show that the combined model fully integrates the advantages of the three types of single models and significantly improves the prediction accuracy. The results are more consistent with the actual situation, providing an effective method for high-precision prediction of high-rise building settlement.
