Abstract: This paper takes the tail gas absorption device containing ammonia as the research object, introduces TRIZ theory into the optimization and improvement of the tail gas absorption device, conducts a causal chain analysis of the tail gas absorption device containing ammonia, identifies key problems, and uses the physical contradictions, technical contradictions and other tools in TRIZ to propose solutions. Combining various solutions, we designed a new absorption device consisting of an absorption pool, spray tower, exhaust hole, circulation pump, water supply pipe, etc. Engineering practice results show that the absorption performance of the ammonia-containing tail gas absorption device has been improved, which once again proves that TRIZ theory has important application value in the field of chemical equipment optimization, and provides new ideas and methods for solving similar engineering problems such as innovative design and research and development.
