高超声速飞行器典型热安全事故分析

Abstract： According to incomplete statistics， the proportion of hypersonic mission failures caused by thermal problems exceeds 50%. Thermal safety issues have become a non-negligible part of the aerospace field. This paper summarizes typical examples of thermal safety accidents for hypersonic vehicles in history， and analyzes the causes and improvement measures taken. Based on this， the factors affecting thermal safety are analyzed， and key safety protection technologies for thermal protection systems are proposed to provide experience and reference for the development and production of hypersonic aircraft and reduce thermal safety risks.
