Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of high cost and efficiency of traditional real-aircraft maintenance, an interactive virtual maintenance technology for helicopter is proposed. By building a three-dimensional model of the virtual prototype in the simulation scene, various faults and maintenance resources can be visually presented in the virtual scene, allowing users to understand the performance of faults and diagnose and eliminate faults, thereby improving the user's fault handling capabilities. From the perspective of actual application results, helicopter interactive virtual maintenance technology can accurately identify local crack faults in helicopter rotor blades. After replacing new parts, it is tested again and found that the virtual cockpit no longer vibrates, and the fault is successfully eliminated.
