Abstract: The aeroengine oil level sensor is the core component to ensure accurate measurement of oil quantity. The oil quantity data is directly related to flight safety. Currently, aeroengines use capacitive oil level sensors to measure oil levels. After the engine is first installed in the installation, the sensor must be calibrated to ensure the accuracy of oil measurements. The calibration process involves a complex process of collecting multi-point liquid level capacitance values from invisible fuel tanks. In actual production, this process takes a long time and has low accuracy, which seriously affects the aircraft's production cycle and delivery schedule. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency in the current oil sensor calibration work, this paper designs an ultrasonic oil level measurement device, which can realize rapid measurement of irregular closed oil tanks, shorten the man-hours required for calibrating sensors, improve aircraft maintenance efficiency and ensure flight test safety. It has extremely high practical reference value.
